Intracom Properties was established in December 2022 by spin off, of Intracom Holdings’ real estate division. The company has an initial Real Estate portfolio of €66 million aiming at the optimal utilization, investment and development of other real estate projects.

In April 2023 the company announced the acquisition of K.L.M. SA which holds a million property of 48 million value aiming to merge and create a listed real estate company.
